With a background in medicine, I have seen the many factors that contribute to our overall health and wellness. But what I have found to be the most transformative is the power of emotional release. I have witnessed time and time again how individuals who have tried everything, yet still suffer, have been able to find healing by expressing their deepest emotions.

At the root of true healing is our emotions and authenticity. While diet, exercise, and other lifestyle factors are important, they can only take us so far if we are repressing and carrying the weight of our emotions.

That’s why I’ve dedicated my life’s work to helping people remember the power, expansiveness, inspiration, and beauty within them. By creating a healing space, I aim to support individuals in reclaiming their authenticity and experiencing true healing.
